In Japan, the Ganzkörperkälteanwendugen was developed in the 1970s. The temperature has a very high reputation in both sports and recognised medical rehabilitation facilities.
The process used in the freezer box is a smoothing whole-body procedure.
You enter the IceSauna® and are taken on a lift up to a height where the head and face can be seen above the temperature of the sauna.
In the Eissauna®, temperatures of -170°C are reached for 2-3 minutes.
