196 GRAD - Die Eissauna

The Eissauna® is a cold chamber that originated in the medical field. In the one-person cabin, gaseous nitrogen exposes the body to an extreme temperature of up to -196 °C for about 3 minutes. However, since the air is extremely dry, the temperature is still perceived as pleasant.

The body reacts to this cold stimulus by activating the entire organism. The effects are noticeable - e.g. a boost to the metabolism, promotion of relaxation, tightening of the tissues - in short: a holistic energy kick.
